Account Access

SFHQ supports Google and Apple sign-in. If sign-in fails, update the app, check your connection, and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with your sign-in provider and device model.

Location, Camera, and Photos

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Location helps center the map and drop pins. Camera and photo access are only needed when you choose to share media.

Safety

Use block, mute, and report controls from profiles and content screens. Reports are used for moderation and abuse prevention.

Account or Data Deletion

To request account deletion or data deletion, email support@sfhq.app from the email associated with your account.
